Dr. Patrick HY Chung is a specialist pediatric surgeon with current appointment as the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, The University of Hong Kong. He works as a full-time pediatric surgeon with a special interest in gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and liver transplantation surgery. Dr. Chung is a board-certified trainer for pediatric surgical trainee as well as elected as a committee member of Pediatric Surgery Board of the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong. His research mainly focuses on clinical Pediatric Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary diseases with emphasis on short bowel syndrome, Hirschsprung’s disease, biliary atresia and pediatric liver transplantation.
